Our auctions are always open to the public. Anyone can register to bid at our auctions. As a buyer, you have the ability to view and inspect what you want to bid on, before the auction date. The buyer should check the auction calendar or our newspaper advertisements to see when and where items will be sold and also the terms and conditions of the auction. We provide all this information prior to the auction and will also be announced at the auction event. During the auction, the property’s initial price may or may not be declared (depending on our client’s wish). Consequently, the present buyers may bid or quote a price they may afford to purchase the property for.
